The Villas

The Sitara Villa Group villas, Villa Shanti, Villa Sitara,Villa Aditi, Villa Taman Rahasia, and Villa Vana—are part of a unique Seminyak villa development. Each home blends the openness of tropical living with the comfort and function of contemporary design, positioned to sit lightly on the land and embrace the surrounds.

Set in Banjar Taman (Banjar = village; Taman = garden), the villas are framed by nurtured tropical plantings set amongst a gorgeous balinese village.

The Sitara Villa Group Villas are located centrally in Seminyak — famous for shopping and dining. Tucked down a private lane, we offer peaceful seclusion just steps from the action.

Seminyak

The next town north of Legian, Seminyak is Bali’s refined side—luxury stays, high-end restaurants and bars, and quieter stretches of beach by day. It’s also the island’s spa and boutique shopping capital. Nowhere shows Bali’s upscaling more clearly than here.

Our villas sit on the fringe of Seminyak: a brief stroll to flagship restaurants and boutiques, yet tucked down a winding gang (laneway) for a welcome retreat from the buzz.

Getting Around

Seminyak streets can be busy. The best options are to walk for nearby hotspots or rent a motorcycle / bicycle for short hops. Taxis and ride-hailing are plentiful. Check out the Gojek APP before arriving.

Seminyak & Petitenget Beach

A continuous sweep of soft grey sand runs south to Legian and Kuta—quieter here in Seminyak. Famous sunsets mix with the chic beachfront scene at venues like Ku De Ta. Easy access at the end of Jalan Dhyana Pura and via the public car park between Pura Petitenget and La Lucciola (small fee).

Pura Petitenget

Set just off Jl. Petitenget, this compact temple is known for spectacular beach-side ceremonies. Dating to at least the 16th century, it forms an important link among Bali’s west-coast sea temples from Pura Uluwatu to Pura Tanah Lot.

Payments & Deposits

  • Deposit: 50% on booking (refunded if cancelling outside of 30 days).
  • Lost keys: IDR150,000 fee.
  • Outstanding balances / extras (late checkout, baby gear, fast-track visa, pre-arrival shopping) are payable on arrival.
  • All accommodation balances must be paid on arrival. No-refund policy applies thereafter.

Services & House Rules

  • Laundry, in-villa massage, cooking, and drivers are invoiced daily—please settle on invoice.
  • Our villas are a peaceful haven. Please be mindful of guest limits and neighbors if entertaining.
  • Kindly avoid large parties; no loud music after 10pm.
Responsibility: Sitara Villa Group is not responsible for loss/damage to personal items, or delays/expenses caused by events outside our control (flight issues, civil unrest, fire, flood, terrorism, severe weather, acts of nature or government, equipment failure). Please purchase comprehensive travel insurance—we’re happy to help with claim paperwork if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes—a refundable US$150 cash bond is collected on arrival to cover incidental damage or breakages. It’s returned on checkout if all is in order.
A 50% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due on arrival (no-refund policy after this point). Deposits are refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival
Light entertaining is fine, but please respect the published maximum guest count and our neighbors. We ask that large parties be avoided and that music is kept low after 10pm.
Yes. Laundry, in-villa massage, private chefs, and drivers can be arranged by our team. These are invoiced daily and we appreciate payment upon invoice.
We’re on the fringe of Seminyak—a short walk to flagship restaurants, boutiques, spas, and markets—yet our villas are tucked down peaceful village lanes beside rice paddies.
